Pricing & How Our Program Works
For companies looking to promote wellness, productivity and team development, we can tailor specific programs based on desired goals. Examples might include a biannual 1or 2-day offsite wellness retreat (or even online), or perhaps a more in-depth weeklong “wellness summit” - or even regular weekly online classes for your team. Our offerings include yoga, pilates, pranayama, meditation, and mini, no equipment/beginner-level bodyweight strength sessions (think squats, lunges, planks). We want to offer your team a pause from their daily work schedules - a time where they can both physically and mentally check-in with themselves and let go of any tension or stored-up energy. Even more so - for them to feel joy in being fully present through breath, movement and stillness.
